1 The Need

We contacted Dean because we were frustrated that our insurance company was not very responsive and that our policy was a bit of a mystery to us. We didn't understand the details and were therefore unsure if our policy covered all our activities and needs. We had previously worked with Dean and knew that he was the right person to work with us and that we wouldn't be just a policy number in a larger national firm.

2 The Solution

I was pleased to hear from Everhot and felt confident that I could deliver not only the cover and value that they needed using our network of over 300 insurers, but that I could commit to delivering a personalised level of service that is almost impossible to find in some larger firms. We are very happy because we trust Dean will be proactive and is in constant contact with us about the necessary changes to our policy. In addition to this Dean has managed to find us a comparable package of covers at a very competitive price. The fact that Dean has not only saved us money but has saved us time searching for the right deal and keeps us up to date with all changes in legislation that may affect our business. We are very impressed with the bespoke Risk Management tools that Dean has made available to us. We are also very impressed with the efficiency of the claims process, which we have not experienced with any previous insurers. We know this is down to the 24/7 service Dean is committed to providing for his customers.
